Sean Mathison
Growing up, I was always the 125lb soaking wet kid. I wanted to put on size and started a gym regiment and here I am today at 175lb and still gaining in both size and strength. Samson S&C has been a blessing in both my life, Shauna's and our daughter Shay. We have been given the opportunity to continue to run the gym and make it even better than before, if that is possible! I am apart of the Powerlifting Team and the group of guys and girls that make up the team are hardworking, dedicated and committed. We will be competing on January 19th in Tampa and I am so excited to get out there amongst 127 other competitors and give it my all. I want to place and also want the Samson S&C team to place as well. 2013 is going to be a great year for the gym and my family!
Shauna Adams

Hello All! I have been working out at Samson S&C for a year and a half ago and instructing for over 6 months.... and will never look back-wish there was a gym like this when I began my fitness journey in college! Sean and I were given the opportunity to take over the gym from Tony and we couldn't be more blessed. I teach bootcamps on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday and kickboxing on Monday and Saturday. I also am a Personal/Group Trainer helping people reach their goals and stay motivated. My full time job is at Centennial High School where I teach Health and Physical Education (HOPE) as well as a variety of other fitness classes. I am the proud Mom of a beautiful 2 year old girl, Shay, and hands down she is the reason I commit my life to being healthy. Sean and I strive for health and happiness for our family and all those around us. I cannot wait to begin this next chapter in 2013 with all of you and help you reach your health and fitness goals! Fatih and Sweat:Stay Committed!

Pam Jones
I’ve always been pretty active in my
life, when I was younger I ran track and was always outside riding bicycles,
playing hide-n-seek or swimming in the neighbor’s pool. I had my daughter when I was 20, and from there
I was always on the go….from being part of her school activities to when I
started coaching her T-ball team all the way through fast-pitch softball. So being active I have never really
struggled with my weight, even after being diagnosed with hypo-thyroidism. It wasn’t until my mid 30’s that I got lazy
and put on an extra 30 lbs! That’s when
I met Sean and Shauna, they had been coming to Samsons and trying to get my
husband Gary & I to join, and we kept saying “No, not now”, “No, we can’t
afford it right now”, we had plenty of excuses.
But finally…..be came out and joined the gym and never looked back! I lots those extra 30 pounds and then
some! I am in the best shape of my life
at 39.

After years of playing sports, adopting the fitness lifestyle seemed like a natural transition. I began competing in figure competitions to fuel my competitive desire. Through training and preparation, I found an inner strength and happiness I didn't know was possible. I've experienced first-hand how fitness can dramatically change ones' quality of life, and I hope to help many others with this same discovery! Don't wait, let's start your fitness journey today! My name is Jennie and I am 30 years old. I have a wonderful husband, Nate, and an amazing daughter named Eve. I teach 6th grade Reading and Literature at Southern Oaks Middle School and I am a certified personal trainer. In addition to teaching I have worked at Gold's Gym for the past 8 years. Fitness is a way of life for my family. I recently competed in the Tough Mudder challenge in Sarasota, FL and it was amazing! My husband and I plan on competing each year in different locations around the country. The most exciting thing about working out is trying new things. Motivating and helping people work towards their goal is a huge reward for me. As Lou Holtz stated, "Ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it."
