We are so excited to welcome Destiney and her awesome zumba moves to Samson Strength and Conditioning! She will be teaching Zumba on Mondays 6:30-7:30 p.m. Price is $5 a class or $15 per month ($5 savings!). She will be doing a FREE demo at the end of the month so stay tuned.
Monday 6:30 p.m. Kickboxing will be replaced by Zumba. Kickboxing will be on Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 with Tyler and 10:00-11:00 a.m. with Shauna. 1 class a month for Kickboxing is $25 and two is $45. If you already have a bootcamp package, you get 50% off the kickboxing packages!!!
If you buy Unlimited, BOTH Bootcamp and Kickboxing are INCLUDED!!
Destiney started working out at Samson S&C already and loves it! She will be introduced to everyone so you all can get to know this awesome lady!
